- Identifiers from our authentication provider (e.g., Clerk user ID).
- Email address and basic profile details you provide.
- Subscription and entitlement information needed to enforce plan limits.
- Text you enter into Scribble Studio (notes, prompts, tasks, and drafts).
- Generated outputs (summaries, diagrams, and structured tasks).
- Audio you choose to record for transcription and the resulting transcripts.
- GitHub: repository metadata and issue/task details you choose to create or fetch, depending on permissions you grant.
- Linear: team/project metadata and issue/task details you choose to create or fetch, depending on permissions you grant.
- Messages you send to our in-app Support center.
- Attachments you upload to support tickets (if any).
- Replies we send to help resolve your request.
- Approximate timestamps of actions (e.g., session creation, exports).
- Technical logs needed for reliability and security (e.g., request metadata and error logs).
- Browser/device information such as user agent, and IP-derived signals for abuse prevention.
How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Service, including authentication and account management.
- Process your content to generate outputs (e.g., summaries, diagrams, tasks, transcripts).
- Enforce plan limits, prevent fraud and abuse, and secure the Service.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Improve performance, reliability, and product experience.
AI Processing
Scribble Studio uses AI providers to process user inputs and generate outputs. When you use AI features, your provided content (and relevant context you include) is sent to these providers for processing. We use this to deliver the feature you requested (e.g., analysis, diagrams, or transcription). We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data, and we recommend you avoid including it in prompts unless necessary.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in flows, security, and core functionality. We may also use optional analytics cookies to understand product usage and improve the Service. You can control optional cookies using the cookie banner or via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
How We Share Information
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, authentication, hosting, database, AI processing, and integrations). We may also share information when required by law or to protect the Service, our users, and the public.

- Integrations: disconnect GitHub/Linear from within the app to stop future access.
